Angela's scope of practice encompasses corporate and commercial law. Her experiences include legal due diligence in aid of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, commercial drafting and advisory work on regulatory compliances.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Angela graduated from the University of Liverpool with an LLB (First Class Hons) and completed her Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School. She was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law to the Bar of England & Wales and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020.

Angel's main area of practice centers around corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, equity investments, and other general corporate and commercial transactions. EXPERIENCE:
Zi Jie focuses on the preparation and drafting of legal documents as part of his responsibilities as an Associate (Practice Certificate Pending). He was called to the Bar on 21 February 2025.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Zi Jie obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). He is currently undergoing pupillage under the guidance of experienced practitioners to further develop his skills and understanding of legal practice.
