One of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of this journey was navigating the complex negotiations with exiting shareholders who sold their shares to the leadership team driving the IPO process, as well as with banks and new investors. These negotiations required careful balancing of interests, strategic planning, and constant communication. Working alongside Winstar’s dedicated team and their new investors during these crucial moments was both inspiring and gratifying. Winstar set aside 14.5 million shares for the Malaysian public under its IPO, which was oversubscribed by 80.17 times.
